Amanda is the creator of Roll for Noodles, the one behind the camera doing all the cooking and video editing. She has a passion for cooking, and has been preparing food for family and friends for years. When she’s not making noodles videos, you’ll find her playing the guitar or ukulele, writing murder mysteries, playing board games, making jokes, and taking the dog for long walks around the neighborhood.

Kelly is the inspiration behind Roll for Noodles - the one who eats and reviews each dish. When Amanda came up with the idea, Kelly encouraged her to start and was thrilled to be included. When she’s not eating noodles, you’ll find her designing and screenprinting shirts, tending to the garden, sharing animal facts, spending time with family and friends, and working tirelessly towards their dream of owning a coffee shop!
